What the job involves
*The team are looking for an investment associate to work on investment due diligence and execution
*You will get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of transactions, from LP-led liquidity solutions, through to bespoke, complex GP-led investment solutions
*You will be involved in all aspects of the deal process, from screening to execution, as well as monitoring of the existing portfolio
*Work with the deal team to source, execute, and complete due diligence on transactions
*Support the investment team in organising and preparing for calls and meetings with private equity managers and intermediaries
Who we are looking for *Experience in areas such as transaction services, investment banking, M&A or private equity
*2:1 or above undergraduate degree from a leading university
*Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience conducting financial valuation analysis
*A second language or international work experience is not required but seen as an advantage
*A strong interest in private equity and investing
