The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Assistant to support the Office team with day-to-day operations. This role will ensure the smooth running of the office environment while providing administrative and operational support across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy office setting.
What You’ll be doing
*Support the day-to-day running of the office to ensure a smooth and organised workplace
*Manage office supplies, kitchen stock, deliveries, and supplier coordination
*Liaise with building management, maintenance providers, and external vendors
*Coordinate meeting rooms, team events, travel bookings, and office logistics
*Provide administrative support across teams, including calendars, documents, reports, and records
*Assist with onboarding new starters, including desk setup and access coordination
*Act as a first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and general enquiries
*Monitor shared inboxes and respond to internal requests promptly
*Ensure office procedures align with company policies and health & safety standards
*Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support as required
What You’ll Bring
*Previous experience in an office administration, coordinator, or operations support role
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
*Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach
*Strong attention to detail

*Experience supporting teams in a professional services or corporate environment
*Experience coordinating suppliers or facilities management
