.What your day-to-day could look like:*Lead
a passionate team to deliver safe, compassionate
, high-standard care in line with CQC guidelines.
*Create an environment where residents thrive, with dignity, independence, and respect at the core.
*Ensure every care plan is personalised, reviewed, and aligned with evolving physical and mental health needs.
*Drive compliance and quality through rigorous audits, safeguarding practices, and responsive
risk assessments.
*Recruit, train, and nurture
a team of healthcare heroes who bring their best every day.
*Be a strategic thinker who can handle staffing, budgets, complaints, and clinical excellence with confidence.
What You’ll Bring*Proven track record in managing care or nursing homes
*A QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve this)
*Experience supporting
vulnerable client groups and leading multidisciplinary teams
*Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the UK care landscape
*A positive, empowering leadership style and a genuine passion for care
You must have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months
