Full job descriptionPeople 4 Property are delighted to be working with a successful and highly regarded independent estate agency in Tadworth who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established team.

The OpportunityAs a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, progressing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
You will work closely with buyers and vendors, helping to generate new business opportunities while contributing to the continued success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities*Registering and qualifying buyers
*Conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
*Managing sales progression through to completion
*Assisting with market appraisals and valuations
*Building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers
*Generating referrals for mortgages, conveyancing and associated services
*Delivering outstanding customer service
*Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience within residential estate agency sales
*Proven track record of achieving targets
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Professional and customer-focused approach
*Ability to build lasting client relationships
*Motivated, driven and commercially aware
*Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits*Basic salary of £18,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
*On Target Earnings of £35,000 - £55,000
*Four-month financial guarantee available
*Car allowance
*Commission structure starting at 6% and increasing to 8%
*Additional performance incentives
*Established independent agency with an excellent reputation

Working Hours*Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
*Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
*Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
*Sunday: Closed
A day off in lieu is provided for working Saturdays, ensuring a five-day working week.
