Job Description:
Full job descriptionDue to Accomplish Todays clients continued growth, we have an opening for a Customer Care Advisor.
The salary for this role is £35,000. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
The Role:
*Acting as a key point of contact for recruitment agencies, delivering a high standard of support relating to umbrella employees and services we provide
*Managing a range of queries via phone and email, ensuring responses are accurate, timely and professional
*Proactively engaging with recruitment agencies to build and maintain strong working relationships, ensuring agencies feel supported and identifying any potential issues at an early stage
*Maintaining service quality and strengthening agency partnerships by identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and escalating concerns where appropriate
*Being responsible for navigating internal systems, applying company processes, and maintaining compliance with data protection and company standards
The Person:
*Strong communication and relationship building skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*The ability to balance reactive support with proactive relationship management
*Passionate about customer service
*Able to listen with the desire to resolve things
*A positive can-do attitude, being punctual and reliable
*A strong work ethic with the ability and commitment to deliver high levels of customer service
*Ability to work effectively in a team
*Highly self-motivated with the ability to meet targets
Requirements:
*Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
*Experience of working within a telephony-based customer service role
*Ideally experience within a proactive role, building relationships and maintaining relationships
*Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Progression:
*Professional qualification financial support with up to 6 days paid study leave for professional qualifications
