Key Responsibilities*Managing a diverse portfolio of private client tax compliance and advisory work, including self-assessment tax returns and inheritance tax planning
*Providing technically sound and commercially relevant advice to high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and entrepreneurs
*Reviewing and supervising the work of junior team members, supporting their development and maintaining quality standards
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day queries
*Supporting senior management with business development activities and contributing to the wider growth of the tax offering
Requirements*CTA qualified (or equivalent), with demonstrable experience in private client tax within a professional services environment
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge across personal tax, trusts, and estate planning, with the ability to handle complex cases with confidence
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
*A proactive, client-focused approach with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
