About the role
My Baby Spa is looking for a bubbly, reliable, and confident Spa Leader to run unique spa sessions for babies (newborn–12 months), toddlers (1–4 years), and children (5–16 years). You’ll lead sessions, guide parents, set up equipment, and create unforgettable experiences for families.
Hours: 15 hours per week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) across two branches, so flexibility and reliability are key.
What we’re looking for
Experience working with children
Confident, outgoing personality (great with parents & kids)
Excellent attendance and reliability
Comfortable working independently
Social media friendly (posting, going live, promoting sessions)
What you’ll do
*Run and lead baby, toddler & children’s spa sessions
*Set up/pack down equipment and keep items clean
*Teach bonding baby massage (full training provided)
*Take photos and create engaging social media content
*Occasionally attend events and birthday parties (weekends)
Requirements
*DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
*Good physical ability for setting up equipment
*Long-term commitment (minimum 1 year)
