What you will be doing...*Delivering O2C activities in line with service level agreements, managing tickets and queries to ensure timely, high-quality resolution
*Supporting month-end processes through reconciliations and reporting to enable accurate financial close
*Investigating and resolving variances, working with internal teams and external partners to reach effective outcomes
*Monitoring and clearing unallocated receipts and balances to maintain accurate financial records
*Preparing payment files efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
*Contributing to team KPIs with a proactive, performance-focused approach
*Building strong cross-functional relationships that foster trust, collaboration, and a sense of belonging
*Providing excellent customer and stakeholder service, adding value in every interaction
*Identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
About you...*Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
*Experience in high-volume transactional finance, ideally within a Shared Services environment
*Confident working to strict financial controls and deadlines
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
*A passion for delivering first-class customer service
*Well-organised with excellent planning and time management skills
*A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
*Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information
*Self-motivated with a positive, proactive outlook
*Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage change effectively
*Ambitious and keen to develop your finance career, ideally with an interest in studying towards a professional qualification
