A well-established and highly regarded Accountancy Practice with offices across London and Berkshire is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded General Practice Director to join their growing leadership team.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced senior professional with a strong background across audit, accounts and tax to step into a strategic leadership role with a clear and accelerated route to Partnership within 12 months.

The firm is experiencing continued growth both domestically and internationally, offering exposure to a diverse client portfolio alongside opportunities for international travel to the US and/or Australia.

The Role

You will play a key role in leading and developing the firm’s general practice offering, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting the wider leadership team in shaping the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities
*Leading a portfolio of SME, owner-managed and international clients
*Overseeing audit, accounts and tax assignments
*Driving business development and identifying new revenue opportunities
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Mentoring and developing junior and senior team members
*Supporting strategic growth initiatives across the practice
About You *ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*Strong experience across audit, accounts and tax within practice
*Proven track record in business development and winning new clients
*Commercially astute with strong leadership capability
*Ambitious and motivated to progress to Partnership level
