Full job descriptionReed Business Support are recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of our valued client, based in Maidstone. This Sales Executive opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. As the appointed Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
About the Role:
*Managing a pipeline of new and existing customers
*Conducting outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
*Following up on inbound enquiries and converting leads into sales
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Achieving individual and team sales targets
About You:
*Previous experience in a sales or target-driven environment
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Resilient, motivated, and results-focused
*Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Salary & Working Pattern:
*£25,000–£30,000 basic + commission
*Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
