We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established and expanding business within the fresh produce sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a thriving environment with a company offering an interesting and varied role with opportunity for further development and progression!
This is a hands-on position within a busy warehouse, combined with some administrative and communication duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied working day.
Duties include:
*Loading and unloading lorries safely and efficiently
*Handling fresh produce goods with care
*Using basic computer software to support warehouse operations
*Liaising with staff across other areas of the business
*Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties
*Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
About you:
*Enthusiastic and eager to learn
*Basic computer knowledge
*Pallet truck experience
*Experience within fresh produce
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
*Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
*Positive attitude with a proactive approach
