We play a critical role in the food and agricultural industries collecting and processing material – which is converted into meals and oils for use in pet food, cosmetics, chemicals, and renewable fuel.

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for production by overseeing and controlling the process and completing required checks and documentation to ensure quality and efficiency are achieved.
*Support the running of production lines safely to produce top quality products.
*Report safety issues
*Monitoring and operating biomass plant equipment
*Responsible for accurate product/package/code changes
*Perform specified cleaning tasks as per daily/monthly schedules.
*Contributes to ensuring a quality product is delivered to the consumer/customer on time.
Full training will be provided (previous experience in a power plant will be an advantage)

*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Ability to work quickly and methodically.
*Ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks.
*Awareness of health and safety
*Flexible approach
Work schedule:
*12-hour shifts
*Shift work from Monday to Sunday
*Day and Night shift mandatory
Starting rate will be £15 per hour with an hourly increase after 12 week probation.
