Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for an Outreach Worker to work within a street-based outreach service in the Bristol area, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.



Role Details:
* Location: Bristol
*Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Pay Rate: £15.95 per hour +HP
*
Please note, this is a street outreach role involving regular travel across Bristol to support clients within the community.



Key Responsibilities:
*Conducting initial street-based assessments for new rough sleepers and ongoing casework
*Planning and organising outreach shifts using referral and mapping data
*Supporting clients into accommodation and relevant services via the Pathway
*Organising annual street counts and mapping hotspot areas
*Attending multi-agency meetings and liaising with partner organisations
*Supporting access to accommodation, health services, housing advice, and day centres
*Leading on crisis intervention work alongside the Team Manager
*Contributing to service development in line with strategies such as No Second Night Out
*Supporting cold weather provision and outreach initiatives
*Assisting with monitoring service expenditure and volunteer timesheets.
