We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Bench Joiner to join our client’s bespoke manufacturing team. This role is ideal for an experienced joiner who takes pride in crafting high-end kitchens with precision and attention to detail.
Kitchen Bench JoinerKey Responsibilities:
*Manufacture and assemble bespoke kitchen units, cabinets, and furniture to exact specifications.
*Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and cutting lists.
*Use a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools to craft high-quality pieces.
*Work with premium materials such as solid wood, veneers, MDF, and laminates.
*Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards before installation.
*Collaborate with designers and workshop staff to troubleshoot and refine designs.
*Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.
*Mentor junior team members and provide training where necessary.
Kitchen Bench JoinerCriteria:
*Experience in high-end kitchen or furniture joinery.
*Expertise in using woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
*Expertise in different joinery methods.
*Ability to read and work from CAD drawings and cutting lists.
*Strong attention to detail and high levels of craftsmanship.
*Ability to create bespoke pieces or adaptations based on specific needs or design requests.
*Knowledge of different wood species, finishes, and construction methods.
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
*Excellent understanding and awareness of Health & Safety
