About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a residential building comprising approximately 120 units in Bournemouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining practical maintenance coordination with tenant-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinating and managing repairs and maintenance issues
*Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and residents
*Ensuring the building is well-maintained, safe, and presentable
*Liaising with contractors and overseeing works on site
*Conducting property viewings for prospective tenants
*Handling general administrative duties related to the building
*Supporting a positive and professional community environment
About You
*Previous experience in property is desired
*Strong communication and people skills
*Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
*Comfortable dealing with maintenance issues and coordinating repairs
*Able to work independently and take ownership of the role
*Flexible and approachable attitude
