We are currently recruiting experienced Reach FLT Operators for a leading automotive client based in Solihull, Birmingham (B92). These are ongoing positions offering the opportunity to work with two of the world’s largest automotive brands.

Pay Rates*£17.97 per hour (basic)
*Based on 38 hours per week
Shift Pattern*Rotating shifts (weekly rotation):*05:45 – 13:30
*13:15 – 21:00
*20:45 – 06:15

*Monday to Friday (Night shift: Monday to Thursday)
Key Responsibilities*Operating a Reach Forklift Truck (FLT)
*Loading and unloading goods from high racking
*Moving stock safely within the warehouse
*Stock checking and verification
*Put-away of goods into allocated locations
*Occasional manual picking and sequencing of automotive parts
Essential Requirements*Valid D2 (high racking) Reach Truck licence
*Minimum 6 months’ recent Reach FLT experience
*In-date FLT licence (refreshed within the last 3 years)
*Licence must be accredited by one of the following:*RTITB
*ITSSAR
*AITT
*ABA

*Ability to pass:*On-site theory test
*Pre-use inspection
*Practical FLT assessment

*Good levels of numeracy and literacy
*Willingness to undergo:*Drug & Alcohol test
*DBS check (processed by us)
