You will drive excellence, inspire teams, and ensure the highest standards of care for people in their own homes.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on management to make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
Responsibilities
*Foster a positive, values-driven culture focused on compassion and quality
*Be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff
*Manage day-to-day operations and growth of domiciliary care services
*Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and service delivery standards
*Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
*Maintain high standards of care, safety, and safeguarding
*Assist with preparation for inspections and implement continuous improvement plans
*Build strong relationships with clients, families, and other care professionals
*Handle escalations, complaints, and service reviews professionally
*Promote the service within the local community
*Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance
*Drive growth and sustainability of the service


What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in domiciliary care specifically in growing private client markets
*Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
*Leadership experience in a care setting
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Full UK driving licence and car
*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (desirable)
*Business development or growth experience
