We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join our dynamic team starting in September. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who is ready to take on full teaching responsibilities within a supportive and vibrant school environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in teaching Maths.
*Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
*Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
*Maintain discipline in accordance with the school’s procedures and disciplinary systems.
*Set and mark work to be carried out by the student in school and at home.
*Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by school laws and policies.
*Participate in departmental meetings, parent meetings, and whole school training events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Proven experience as a Maths Teacher at secondary school level.
*Strong understanding of the Maths Curriculum.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Good organisational and time-management skills.
*Strong commitment to students and education.
