Our client, a highly regarded independent Estate Agency in Bury St Edmunds, is currently looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
This Sales Negotiator position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a busy and professional office, helping clients throughout the buying and selling process while delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
The successful Sales Negotiator will play a key role in generating business, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
*Previous sales, customer service or estate agency experience preferred
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
*Target-driven and motivated to achieve results
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
Key Sales Negotiator Duties:
*Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
*Conducting property viewings and highlighting key property features
*Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
*Managing the sales process from offer through to completion
*Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other industry professionals
*Generating new business opportunities and securing future instructions
*Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey
