Our client, an Award Winning Global Investment Platform, is looking for an Operations Executive to join their SIPP Onboarding team on a full-time permanent basis in Bath.
The firm is experiencing a period of significant growth, including a recent platform upgrade and ongoing European expansion project - making it a particularly exciting time to join.
About the Role:
*Support the administration of the SIPP, processing client instructions accurately and efficiently
*Deliver high-quality service by prioritising daily tasks and maintaining strong service standards
*Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, enhance the customer journey, and strengthen overall team performance
*Identify and manage process risks while ensuring compliance with regulations, data security, and internal controls
*Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback, supporting onboarding initiatives, and driving operational excellence
About You:
*Have knowledge of SIPP processing
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Strong data and analytical processing skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Self-motivated and proactive
*Ability to work well individually and as a part of a team to achieve team and personal objectives
*Willingness to learn

*Discretionary bonus scheme (up to £2,500-£3,000)
