2+ PQE | Civil Litigation | Bognor Regis, West Sussex
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with at least 2 years’ PQE to join a friendly, well-established and supportive law firm based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
This role offers the chance to manage a broad and interesting civil litigation caseload, with genuine scope to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the litigation department.
The Role
You will be responsible for running your own varied civil and commercial litigation caseload, to include:
*Contract and commercial disputes
*Contentious probate
*Neighbour and property disputes
*Professional negligence claims
*Landlord & Tenant litigation
Matters are handled across a range of forums including:
*County Court proceedings
*Tribunals
*Arbitration
*Mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
You will have autonomy in your role while being supported by an approachable and collaborative team.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
*Minimum 2 years’ PQE in civil litigation
*Experience managing files with minimal supervision
*Strong technical knowledge of civil procedure and dispute resolution
*Confident providing clear, practical and jargon-free advice to clients
*Proactive, commercially aware and keen to contribute to departmental growth
