Full job descriptionSenior ParaplannerLeicester | Hybrid Working | Up to £55,000 + BonusAre you an experienced Paraplanner looking for a role where your technical expertise is genuinely valued?
We’re working with a highly respected and growing financial planning firm in Leicester that is looking to appoint a Senior Paraplanner to join their collaborative and ambitious team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven paraplanner who wants more than just report writing, you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers, contributing to client strategy, mentoring junior team members, and helping shape the future of the paraplanning function.
Salary & Benefits*Salary up to £55,000 DOE
*Annual bonus

*Hybrid working — 2/3 days per week in the office

The RoleYou’ll work closely with Financial Advisers to deliver high-quality technical support across a broad range of financial planning areas including:
*Pensions and retirement planning
*Investments and portfolio analysis
*Protection planning
*Tax planning
*Estate and inheritance planning
Responsibilities will include:
*Writing detailed suitability reports
*Conducting technical research
*Preparing recommendations and cashflow analysis
*Supporting advisers with complex cases
*Liaising with providers and clients where required
*Mentoring junior paraplanners where appropriate
About YouTo be considered, you’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience as a Paraplanner within financial services
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
*Excellent report writing skills
*Level 4 Diploma qualified
