Key Responsibilities
*Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions, including leases, lease assignments, and renewals (offices, retail units, restaurants, and similar premises)
*Handling some residential lease renewals
*Dealing with non-standard freehold matters, including farmland and woodland
*Taking responsibility for organising and supervising support staff where appropriate
*Delivering a consistently high standard of service to both new and existing clients
*Playing an active role in a varied and high-quality caseload
About You
*A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience or a strong focus in commercial property law
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong attention to detail with a practical and thoughtful approach
