Hereford £26,000-£29,000 per annum (pro rata)

I am recruiting a diligent and accurate Payroll Administrator to join the Finance function of a rapidly evolving business.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced payroll professional seeking reduced hours while still playing a key role in a multi-entity payroll operation. The role will be office-based initially, with the option to work up to 2 days per week from home once fully trained.This is a position where your judgement, discretion, and analytical strength will be relied upon daily. You’ll work with autonomy, influence, and the confidence of senior stakeholders.
What you’ll be responsible for
*Multi-cycle payroll processing - weekly, fortnightly, and monthly runs, including mileage and expenses
*Payroll accuracy & compliance - ensuring every figure aligns with legislation
*Employee payroll support - acting as the go-to expert for payroll queries
*Finance team collaboration - providing cover and contributing to continuous improvement

*Minimum 2 years’ payroll experience
*Strong Microsoft Office skills
