Prospero Teaching is looking for enthusiastic and committed English and Maths Tutors to support students across Sheffield on a 1:1 basis. If you’re passionate about helping young people achieve their potential, wed love to hear from you.
Role Overview
· Position: 1:1 Tutor (In-Person)
· Start Date: ASAP
· Contract: Ongoing / Open-ended
· Location: Sheffield
· Hours: Flexible to full time
· Pay: GBP20-GBP30 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)
What Were Looking For
· Experience supporting students on a 1:1 basis
· A proven ability to help improve student progress
· QTS is desirable but not essential
· Up-to-date Safeguarding training (can be provided)
· Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Eligibility Requirements
· Right to Work in the UK
· Enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
· Two professional references covering the last two years
