Your responsibilities as Senior HR Advisor
*Provide a full generalist HR service across multiple business areas and locations
*Partner with managers and leaders to deliver proactive, commercially focused people solutions
*Lead and support change initiatives aligned to business objectives and performance goals
*Act as the subject matter expert for employee relations and people-related queries
*Support strategic HR projects and wider people initiatives across the organisation
*Assist with the successful integration of acquisitions and organisational growth activities
What we’re looking for in a Senior HR Advisor
*CIPD qualification with previous experience in a generalist HR role
*Experience providing HR support within a multi-site organisation
*Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations processes
*Previous experience partnering with senior stakeholders and management teams
*Experience within Retail, Hospitality, Professional Services or Technology environments would be advantageous
