Taskmaster Resources LTD currently have opportunities for production operatives for well-established company within the food production industry. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join their growing team.
Please note: this role is carried out in a chilled/cold environment, so applicants must be comfortable working in such conditions.
Shifts:
*Monday - Sunday Rota-based, working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
*Working hours:
Pay Rate:
£12.71 p/h


Key Responsibilities:
*Working on a fast-paced food production line, ensuring products are prepared and packed to company standards
*Collecting and preparing client orders accurately and efficiently
*Reading and interpreting order sheets, labels, and barcodes to ensure correct products are picked and dispatched
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety and food hygiene regulations
*Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
*Labelling, packing, and palletising goods ready for distribution
*Following company processes and reporting any issues to supervisors
Requirements:
*Fluent in English to understand order sheets, barcodes, and instructions
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy when collecting and processing orders
*Good level of physical fitness as the role may involve standing for long periods and some manual handling
*Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude to team working
*Previous experience in food production, warehousing, or order picking is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
