Financial Planning Operations
Up to £32,000 DOE + Bonus + Outstanding Benefits
Looking to build a career in Financial Services with a business that’s embracing technology, innovation and modern ways of working?
We’re recruiting for a Financial Services Onboarding & Operations Coordinator to join a fast growing Financial Planning network, supporting adviser firms as they transition into a technology driven and highly efficient operating environment. This is a varied, fast paced role offering exposure to operations, implementation, adviser support and financial planning technology, ideal for someone organised, proactive and eager to develop within the industry.
The Role
*Supporting system setup, user access and provider onboarding
*Coordinating onboarding and implementation activities across adviser firms
*Maintaining project trackers and ensuring smooth delivery timelines
*Assisting with training sessions and onboarding support
*Helping firms navigate systems, processes and first client cases
*Managing provider communications and resolving setup queries
*Contributing to process improvements, automation ideas and operational efficiencies
*Using AI and technology tools to enhance workflows and client delivery
What We’re Looking For
*Experience within Financial Services, Operations, Administration or Client Services
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Confidence using systems, spreadsheets and technology platforms
*Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
*A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
*Interest in AI, automation and operational improvement
What’s On Offer
Salary up to £32,000 DOE
Bonus up to 5%
