We’re partnering with a well established international organisation to appoint an HR Director who will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy. This is a highly visible position, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, cultural alignment and business performance.
This is an opportunity for an experienced HR leader who combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands on approach and who enjoys building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
The OpportunityReporting into senior global leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insight, challenge and support across all areas of the people agenda.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Partnering with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
*Driving organisational effectiveness, change and transformation initiatives
*Supporting leadership capability, succession planning and talent development
*Championing employee engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives
*Leading complex employee relations and organisational change activity where required
*Using people data and insight to influence decision-making and drive performance
*Working collaboratively across global and regional teams to ensure consistency while respecting local market needs
*Coaching and developing leaders to build high performing teams
About YouWe’re keen to speak with experienced HR leaders who can demonstrate:
*Significant senior HR leadership experience within a complex, fast paced environment
*Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at executive level
*A track record of successfully navigating ambiguity and driving positive change
*Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
*Experience operating within matrix or international organisations
*Strong organisational development, talent and culture experience
*The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery
Experience within consumer products, FMCG, manufacturing or similarly dynamic environments would be advantageous, although not essential.
