Our client, an incredibly well-established, growing Property Investment Business whose unique funding structure allows for a wider pool of potential customers to approach (and, in turn, more business!), are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, money-driven B2B Sales candidate to join their growing Sales team. Offering an uncapped commission structure (with others in the team earning in excess of £150,000!), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.
Our client are located in the centre of Birmingham and boast an incredibly modern, sleek office. With just over 40 FTE (5 FTE within Sales), they are actively looking to recruit the perfect candidate to join them in growing business and, consequently, increasing their sales performance. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Generating and converting sales through a network of introducer partners, in addition to engaging directly with private investors
- Building, managing and growing relationships with a varied client base to drive a constant sales pipeline
- Presenting and selling residential off-plan property investment opportunities to both direct clients and through third-party introducers
- Developing a thorough understanding of the group’s current and upcoming development projects - advising clients with confidence and accuracy
- Guiding clients through the full sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation
- Attending events, exhibitions and partner meetings where required, including potential travel (both domestically and internationally!)
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of working in a B2B sales capacity (with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets)
- Articulate, professional telephone manner
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to present investment propositions clearly/compellingly
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the hunger to exceed targets
Although not essential, any candidates with experience within property sales, investment sales or financial services sales are urged to apply!
