What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Valuer / Lister:
*Winning new instructions and listing residential properties for sale
*Carrying out accurate market appraisals and property valuations
*Identifying and generating new business opportunities within the local area
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
*Achieving and exceeding agreed instruction and performance targets
*Representing the company professionally and delivering exceptional customer service
