You will be involved in a broad range of high-profile activities, including investor relations, global fundraising initiatives, partner meetings, event management and cross-functional projects, providing genuine exposure to the inner workings of a leading investment firm.

Responsibilities:
*Act as a trusted right-hand partner to the Managing Partner, providing proactive and strategic support.
*Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
*Prepare briefing packs, presentations, research and meeting materials.
*Attend partner meetings, track actions and ensure timely follow-through.
*Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
*Support investor relations activities and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
*Assist with global fundraising efforts, including investor meetings and roadshows.
*Prepare and review fundraising and investor communication materials.
*Plan and deliver high-profile events, including investor and partner gatherings.
*Manage relationships with investors, portfolio companies, advisors and external partners.
*Coordinate complex international travel and meeting logistics.
*Handle confidential information, correspondence and office operations with discretion.

Skills & Experience:
*Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced 1:1 EA or similar position
*Experience within financial services or professional services is desirable
*Prior investor relations experience required
*Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Confident working in a fast-paced environment
