£30,000 - £33,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, plus occasional Saturdays 8:45am – 12:15pm
About the RoleWe are seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join our clients busy and successful team in Leamington Spa.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who is looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities*Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
*Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
*Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
*Arranging property inspections and producing reports
*Handling tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
*Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and regulations
*Managing maintenance budgets and contractor invoices
*Resolving tenant and landlord queries efficiently and professionally
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience in Property Management, Lettings or a similar role
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
*Strong customer service skills
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*Full UK driving licence preferred
*ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
