About Us:
We are a teaching agency working with a happy and welcoming primary school in Romford, in the Borough of Havering who are looking for an experienced Reception Teacher.
About the Client:
The school focuses on providing high quality learning environments, set to challenge pupils to achieve beyond their expectations. The school is looking for a strong and experienced Reception Teacher from September 2026. The role will be until at least the end of the academic year. The school strongly believes in preparing every child for their future.
Key Responsibilities for a Reception Teacher:
*Deliver EYFS curriculum to a Reception class
*Observe and assess children’s progress
*Raising standards for all pupils as a Reception Teacher
*Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*QTS
*Previous experience working as a Reception Teacher
*At least 2 years’ experience teaching in London schools
*Excellent understanding of Phonics
