Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm – 3:00am
Pay Rate: £15.25 per hour
EAC Consulting Group is recruiting for a Night Shift Factory Operative on behalf of our client based in Wymbush.

Duties:*Lifting metal components from storage racks
*Assembling and clipping components into place
*Following work instructions and quality procedures
*Working closely with a colleague as part of a team
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Adhering to all health and safety procedures
About the Role:*Manual handling is required
*Any items over 15kg are lifted as a two-person team
*Repetitive tasks and prolonged periods of standing
*Fast-paced manufacturing environment
*PPE must be worn at all times, including safety boots, high-vis clothing and ear protection
*Gloves and safety goggles are required in certain areas
*The working environment is loud, so candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
Candidate Requirements:*Previous factory, production, warehouse or manufacturing experience is desirable
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
*Good attention to detail
*Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
*Reliable with a strong work ethic
*Looking for a long-term opportunity with progression prospects
