Our client, a well-established and respected employer in the automotive industry, is currently seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their professional workshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading franchise dealer, utilising modern diagnostic and repair equipment within a supportive environment that values quality and continuous development.

*Competitive salary up to £34,000 per annum, with additional earning potential for senior technicians, EV specialists, and MOT-qualified staff

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
*Carrying out thorough vehicle health checks using the latest diagnostic technology
*Performing vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
*Diagnosing and executing additional repairs with customer approval
*Conducting warranty repairs compliant with manufacturer standards, ensuring proper documentation
*Taking vehicles on road tests to verify fault rectification
*Completing all relevant paperwork to a high standard
*Keeping up with manufacturer updates and technical procedures to ensure service quality
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
*NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Vehicle Technology
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or mechanic, from a brand or non-brand background
*Full valid UK driving licence; MOT licence is advantageous
*Strong diagnostic skills, with familiarity in EV and hybrid systems preferred but not essential
*Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high standards of vehicle service
*Ability to work effectively within a team environment
*Willingness to undertake manufacturer-specific training
