Benefits for the Successful General Manager:
*Up to £65,000 basic salary
*OTE of £85,000

Duties:
*Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with company objectives
*Oversee budgets, financial forecasting, and planning
*Monitor profitability and identify opportunities for financial improvement
*Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations across all departments
*Implement quality assurance measures and optimise processes
*Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams, managing recruitment, training, and performance
*Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective cash flow management
*Oversee sales performance, KPIs, SLAs, and quality of service delivery
*Support workshop efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
*Manage the growth of inventory, parts, and facilities functions
*Identify opportunities for innovation, diversification, and operational expansion
Requirements as a General Manager:
*Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the automotive or engineering sectors
*Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs
*Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
*Highly organised and strategic, with solutions-focused problem-solving abilities
*Effective communicator capable of liaising confidently with board-level stakeholders
*Track record of delivering operational excellence and driving business growth
