What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
*Managing a substantial portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords
*Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
*Coordinating tenancy renewals, inspections, check-ins, and check-outs
*Arranging repairs and maintenance works, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
*Monitoring compliance requirements and serving relevant tenancy notices
*Resolving tenancy-related queries and delivering exceptional customer service
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in Residential Lettings, Property Management, or Tenancy Management
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Strong organisational and time-management abilities
*Confident and diplomatic approach when handling problems and disputes
*Good knowledge of lettings processes, legislation, and compliance requirements
*Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
*Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
*ARLA qualification would be advantageous but is not essential
