An established and growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy Solihull office. Working closely with a Senior Conveyancer and supported by a wider team, the successful candidate will assist with a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to further develop their skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
*Supporting the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
*Preparing and reviewing legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
*Conducting property searches and reviewing title documents
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
*Providing regular client updates and ensuring excellent client care
*Assisting with exchange, completion, SDLT submissions, and Land Registry applications
*Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring compliance with procedures
*Supporting post-completion work and general file administration
Candidate
*Experience in residential conveyancing
*Strong understanding of the conveyancing process end-to-end
*Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions
*Good knowledge of SDLT and Land Registry processes
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload effectively
*A proactive, team-focused and client-driven approach
*Legal qualifications (LLB, GDL, CILEX or equivalent) desirable but not essential
