Our client, a growing wealth management platform, is looking for a Client Services Executive to join their Bath based team.


Your responsibilities:
*Manage daily tasks, ensuring high service levels and quality
*Serve as the primary contact for customers, advisers, and third parties across all channels
*Identify client solutions, enhance the customer journey, and suggest process improvements
*Participate in team meetings, providing feedback to Operations Managers and contributing to Consumer Duty goals
*Understand and follow regulations, swiftly escalate incidents, and support root cause analysis
*Complete mandatory training on risk, confidentiality, data security, GDPR, and CASS rules
Your skills:
*Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills
*Ability to work independently and in a team to meet objectives
*Strong data processing and analytical skills with attention to detail
*Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
*Experience in handling phone calls and platform knowledge (training provided)
*Knowledge of ISA/SIPP, financial services qualifications, and an interest in financial markets
