Salary: £34,500 per annum
Hours: 50 hours per week
Shift Pattern
*Thursday & Friday: 7:00pm - 8:00am
*Saturday & Sunday: 8:00pm - 8:00am
We are recruiting for an experienced Night Concierge to join a luxury residential development in Central London.
This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment, enjoys building relationships with residents, and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of service and security.
Key Responsibilities
*Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests
*Monitoring building security and access control systems
*Conducting regular patrols of the development
*Managing visitor access, deliveries, parcels and resident keys
*Responding to resident enquiries and resolving issues professionally
*Maintaining detailed handover reports and incident logs
*Supporting contractor management and permit processes
*Assisting with fire safety and emergency response procedures
*Ensuring communal areas remain safe, secure and well-presented
About You
*Previous concierge, front-of-house, hospitality, customer service or security experience within residential or 4/5* hotels required
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Professional appearance and positive attitude
*Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good IT skills and confidence using email systems
*Reliable and committed to delivering a high level of service
