Description
The role of Senior Legal Counsel will have the following responsibilities:


*Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters
*Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
*Support the business on Brand, Marketing and Advertising related issues
*Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
*Lead on dispute resolution and litigation cases where necessary.
*Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal input on strategic projects and initiatives.
*Stay updated on legal developments within the FMCG industry and advise on potential impacts.
Profile
A successful Senior Legal Counsel should have:


*A qualified solicitor status with a strong background in commercial law.
*Proven experience in the consumer sector would be highly beneficial
*Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
*Knowledge of Brand, Marketing and Advertising law would be highly beneficial.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
*The ability to work independently and make sound legal decisions.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
