About the Role:
You will take responsibility for a varied caseload of property charging, security and funding transactions, acting for both registered providers and for-profit providers involved in significant development, regeneration, maintenance and acquisition programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion
*Maintain direct and proactive client communication
*Collaborate with colleagues across real estate, banking and finance teams on complex matters
*Review due diligence, searches, title documentation and lender requirements
*Provide supervision and support to junior team members
*Assist with integrating the firm’s AI-driven tools to enhance quality and efficiency
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Contribute to merger projects, development schemes and wider strategic initiatives
You will work closely with experienced lawyers across several departments and support a loyal client base including:
*Registered providers
*Institutional lenders
*Local authorities
*Property investors
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
*Experience in real estate, property finance, or related transactional work
*Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
