Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced operation on a temporary basis.

The RoleYou will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to a wide range of stakeholders ensuring the operation runs efficiently and effectively at all times.
Key Responsibilities*Acting as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, responding in a timely and professional manner
*Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
*Liaising effectively with internal teams to support daily operations
*Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
*Assisting with delivery queries and resolving issues
*Generating quotes and ensuring all queries are dealt with accurately
*Completing all documentation and data input accurately and to company standards
*Ensuring daily reporting is completed on time and to a high standard
About You*Previous experience in customer services
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
*Confident handling queries and complaints in a professional manner
*Well organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
