Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Teacher (QT) - SEMH to join our team on a full-time basis.

Contract: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient teacher to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young people’s educational and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
Support students with SEMH needs to achieve their full potential
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with SEMH students or in alternative provision settings
Strong classroom management skills
A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
Commitment to raising attainment and improving outcomes
