We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Walthamstow.
The successful candidate must have 1 years’ residential experience as a Property Manager managing their own portfolio of properties.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Property Manager:
*Basic £32,000 - £35,000
*OTE £42,000
*Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 5.30pm, Fridays 9am - 5pm
*Parking permit available
*1 day working from home after completion of probation period
Responsibilities for the role of Property Manager:
*Manage your own portfolio of 100 - 150 properties
*Supporting alongside other Property Manager’s in the team
*Assist in overall management duties
*Build a strong working relationship with both landlords and tenants
*Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
*Manage compliance
*Book end of tenancy checkouts
*Deal with deposits, deposits releases and any disputes at end of tenancy
*Property visits and inspections
*Arrange safety certificates
*Ensure regular communication with clients
Keys Skills for the role of Property Manager:
*1 years residentialProperty Management experience essential
*Excellent IT and communication skills
*Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently
*Impeccable customer service skills
*Good time management and excellent organisational skills
*Knowledge of current legislation and compliance
*Able to work to deadlines and manage own diary
*Excellent team player
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
