Job Description:
Full job descriptionHarvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Technical Product Owner, you will be taking end-to-end ownership of our clients CX1 CCaaS platform within a complex enterprise environment.
*Hybrid working to an office in Reading, our client also has offices based in Scotland and Dublin.
*Inside of IR35 / Umbrella only
*£600 - £700 a day
Key focus:
*Product ownership & roadmap management
*Vendor governance
*Oversight of telephony, IVR, digital channels, WFM, analytics & AI
*Prioritisation across BAU, stabilisation & migration
Ideal background:
*Proven CCaaS / contact centre platform ownership
*Strong supplier & stakeholder management
*Experience balancing operational delivery with transformation
*Agile environment
*Experience of Nice CX1.
