Full job descriptionLeadership and Management Development Specialist - Remote - Nationwide Care Organisation - c£63,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading Care organisation providing essential services across the UK.
Working closely with the Head of HR and the broader learning team you will be responsible for building Management and Leadership Development frameworks.
Your key accountabilities will include:-
*Developing management inductions and management development programmes
*Establishing leadership Development frameworks and programmes
*Building strong relationships with and influencing Service Managers and other senior stakeholders
*Coaching and mentoring managers and senior leaders
*Improving retention of Service Managers and leaders throughout the organisation
*Building career frameworks for leaders
You should be an experienced Leadership and Management Development Specialist with a track record of designing frameworks and development programmes in a regulated environment, ideally within the care sector. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills need to be combined with good project management skills. Experience of working in a complex multi-site environment would be ideal. A strong coaching mindset is essential.
