Full job descriptionNow in the market for an Contracts Manager to join an established contractor specialising in Facades & Cladding delivering high-quality projects across commercial and residential projects, predominantly remedial projects. Due to continued expansion, our client is now seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to oversee and enhance their delivery operations.
As a senior manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of up to 6 live projects simultaneously, with the project values between £1m - £3m You’ll ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a senior leadership role within a growing contractor, requiring strong industry knowledge, team management, and commercial awareness, reporting into the Director of the business.
London based and across home counties
Salary: up to £100k depending on experience plus a project related bonus
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a senior operational role within the Facades and Cladding sector
*Strong knowledge of Cladding remedial systems working with main developers.
*Excellent leadership and team management skills
*Solid understanding of construction programmes and cost control
*Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred
