Full job description HVAC & Refrigeration Service Engineer (Mobile)

This is a mobile role where you’ll focus on the service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
What You’ll Do
*Service, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
*Fault find on systems including AHUs, chillers, cold rooms, display cabinets, cellar cooling, and ice machines
*Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs
*Deliver first-time fixes where possible
*Complete accurate service reports and documentation
*Build strong relationships with clients on-site
*Participate in an on-call rota (with paid overtime & standby)
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in HVAC and/or refrigeration service
*Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*Experience working on commercial refrigeration systems
*Background in hospitality, retail, or similar environments is beneficial
*Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Essential:
*F-Gas certification
*NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning
*Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
*Basic gas knowledge or qualifications
